Introduction
Longbridge Mesh — a managed, Tailscale-compatible mesh network. These docs are a placeholder while the product is still an exploration.
Longbridge Mesh is a managed, Tailscale-compatible mesh network — flat per tailnet, never per user or device, EU-hosted, and built to be driven by automation: CI, ephemeral environments, laptops, clusters, and clouds on one network you control.
This is a placeholder. Mesh is an early exploration, not a shipping product — so there’s nothing to install yet, and these docs exist mainly to prove the documentation site cleanly supports more than one product. They’ll fill in if and when Mesh moves from exploration to a roadmap.
What it will cover
When Mesh ships, this section will grow the same shape as the Control Plane docs — so you’ll always know where to look:
- Get started — what Mesh is, a quickstart to a working tailnet, and the core concepts (tailnets, peers, the relay).
- Guides — joining CI jobs with short-lived identity, ephemeral preview environments, reaching a private cluster API with no bastion, ACLs as code.
- Reference — the API, the Terraform provider, and flat-per-tailnet pricing.
In the meantime
- Read the vision and the honest caveats on the Longbridge Mesh product page.
- It would help us to know if you’d use it — there’s a one-line way to say so on that page. Real demand is what moves Mesh from exploration to roadmap.
